Village Life will facilitate and administer the 60-day and 11-month materials and workmanship warranties on your new home. All warranty claims will be reviewed and inspected; appropriate action will be taken based on the Builder’s written warranty provided at the time of mutual agreement on the purchase and sale agreement. Submit warranty claims to the following Village Life email: warranty@village-life.net. Please use the 60-day and 11-month sheets provided. Proper execution enables facilitation of timely and accurate follow up on warranty requests. It is the sole responsibility of the Homeowner to submit ALL warranty claims.

Cascade Builder Services is a third party, new construction, warranty management company. We administer Village Life’s 60 day and 11-month limited warranty after closing.
Activate Your Account
You MUST have an active username and password to submit warranty claims. To activate your account, email us at warranty@cascadebuilderservices.com to create a Username and Password. You will be contacted by the end of the next business day. All warranty claims must be submitted online. Any general questions, please call us at 888-429-5468. “My Homepage” is a personal and secure online account for new home buyers. You can submit and track warranty requests, view scheduled warranty appointments, view and download important documents and communicate with us through our messaging center. Simply login to the online system at home or work anytime to correspond with a member of our friendly staff. How to Submit Warranty Requests: PRIOR to submitting a Claim, reference your warranty booklet construction guidelines index to review warranty standards on any concerns you may have. Go to cascadebuilderservice.com and click on “Make a Warranty Request”. Login with your Username and Password. Submit each warranty request individually. Fill out the form including all pertinent information. Please include photos and/or videos. Once you’ve submitted all your warranty requests, we will contact you by the end of the next business day explaining the next steps. Please submit all 11-month warranty requests PRIOR to the end of your 11th month to get work scheduled prior to your 1-year expiration. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a Homeowner to submit any warranty claims.
